JOB REQUIREMENTS: Set up and operate punch press machines according to job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings. Adjust machine settings, including speed, pressure, and feed rate, to ensure precision and quality. Load and unload materials into the machine safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and report any hazards or malfunctions. Maintain accurate production records and complete the required documentation. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong attendance and reliability Basic math skills, including taking measurements Basic mechanical skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift 50 lbs.
