JOB REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRENCES: Master\'s degree in Occupational Therapy required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor\'s degree). Wisconsin licensed or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire. None, but two years occupational therapy experience preferred. CPR certification is required.
