WTW Product Manager in Manila, Philippines
The Role
As Product Manager, you will provide guidance to a development team that is charged with delivering products and product functionality. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new solutions. You will create solutions from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on business strategy decision makers, your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work as a liaison between the market facing business stakeholders and the product development organization to define and document product business requirements. You will work directly with product owners and program managers in the development organization. You will support market planning in defining the go-to-market strategy, helping them to define the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your solutions offering.
The Product Manager must also lead the overall roadmap for insights, visualizations and analytics across multiple technology platforms.
This role is primarily strategic, but also requires tactical execution as the product business leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the entire product line life cycle, including support for strategic planning.
Primary liaison for communicating product roadmap to business teams to understand existing and future capabilities.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by leading and conducting market research supported by on-going discussions with clients and prospects.
Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, launch and positioning.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the our solutions.
Assist in analyzing competitive offerings.
Assist in sharing product roadmap and vision with key clients.
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5-years minimum experience in software application product teams
Agile Scrum SDLC experience as a Product Owner
Pragmatic Marketing experience desired.
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability and proven analytical, methodical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and facilitation skills with people of different levels, backgrounds, and personality styles
Proven ability to manage multiple requests/requirements simultaneously
Ability and desire to work in a high demanding, team environment
Willingness to work toward aggressive deadlines
Great attitude and commitment to excellence
Passion for customer satisfaction and relationship development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
