Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Content Author/Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for creating, editing, and managing content within the Sitecore CMS. This role requires a strong understanding of web content management, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. They will collaborate with different stakeholders together with the other team members in executing marketing campaigns for the purpose of general awareness and demand generation .

Accountabilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish content using Sitecore CMS.

  • Strictly adhere to QA page checklists and guidelines.

  • Ensure content is aligned with website templates, component requirements, and visual guides.

  • Develop, manage, and execute campaigns which meet the objectives identified by marketing managers and team members.

  • Execute marketing deliverables with the highest possible level of care and attention to details and proactively communicate needs to further improve marketing deliverables and processes to all relevant stakeholders. This includes adhering and enforcing of SLAs.

  • Proactively request approvals from stakeholders before launching a project or campaign.

  • Ensure that brand guidelines are followed.

  • Proactively upskill and gain knowledge about LexisNexis products and services and its competitors; latest trends; branding; and best practices.

  • Maintain and establish a win-win and good business partnership with stakeholders and team members.

  • Is back-up partner when a team member is on leave.

  • Adhere to weekly and monthly due diligence tasks and house rules set by the digital marketing team members.

  • Execute special projects/assignments and admin tasks on a needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

  • 4 – 5 years of solid experience in Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience in Sitecore is preferable.

  • 2 – 3 years of knowledge in other areas of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Email, Analytics).

  • HTML coding knowledge is a must and a plus.

  • Background in Salesforce and B2B Marketing, an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to work with experienced team members under pressure and within an environment of constant change.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Must be a team player and a quick learner.

  • Has a strong level of accountability and ownership; has an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Organized, proactive, likes to read the latest marketing and advertising trends, diligent, and output driven.

  • Good interpersonal communication skills.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision and can follow simple to complex instructions.

  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule (3rd shift: 9 pm to 5 am) and hybrid set up (2 WFO per month).
