Job Description:

We’re looking for a Business Process Associate (Mandarin) to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for extending support to transaction volumes for New Business, Policy Maintenance, Claims, and Provident Fund Admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Process indexing and data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity.

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures

  • Handles case/policy issuance and new business policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate from a medical-related course

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply ⁠(work experience of at least 1 year is a plus)

  • High proficiency in Mandarin is required, in both reading and writing.

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

  • Good written skills and good verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
