As a Training Officer: Plans, develops strategies, and manages all training and development needs of the branch. Ensures proper implementation of training policies and procedures.

· Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Experience in Training Needs Analysis is an advantage.

· Reviews policy and procedural guidelines of the said functional areas and updates the same in the Training Procedures of HRD Manual.

· Reviews contracts entered into with external parties related to training and development.

· Establishes and implements career development and succession planning.

· Acts as an advisory to branch-wide organizational development–related activities (i.e., Global Performance Management Framework, Employee Promotion).

· Supports in improving manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees.

· Ensures smooth transactions with concerned departments whenever employee travels both domestic and overseas for trainings/ seminars.

· Assists the Department Head in reviewing and checking documents within the training and development scope of the department.

· Organizes and mobilizes committees for training-related events and activities.

· Acts as an employee champion and change agent. Responsible for branch-wide engagement survey and activities.

· Prepares reports required by other departments, Head Office and external regulatory agencies.

· Performs HRIS administrative functions in Workday (system) to ensure proper and timely employee data maintenance; including, but not limited to managing of organizational charts.

· Works closely with Group HR Asia (GHRA) in the implementation of programs applicable to the Manila Branch; participate in the GHRA programs applicable to the APAC region

· Reviews and checks the analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by Head Office, government and other regulatory agencies.

· Performs other duties that supervising officer may assign from time to time.
