YAI Social Media and Content Creator Internship - MSA in Manhattan, New York

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to effectively engage and resonate with them.

    Content Creation and Curation:

  • Produce high-quality, visually appealing content that adheres to brand guidelines.

  • Curate relevant and engaging content from internal and external sources to supplement organic posts.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and other relevant teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all departments and channels.

    Monitoring and Analytics:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media campaigns.

  • Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    Community Engagement:

  • Proactively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and positive manner.

  • Foster a sense of community and brand loyalty through authentic interactions.

    Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and other collaborators to amplify the brand's presence on social media.

  • Negotiate and execute social media partnerships and sponsored content agreements.

    Content Calendar Management:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.

  • Plan content in advance, considering seasonality, trends, and campaign schedules.

    Adaptation to Trends and Guidelines:

  • Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, features, and platform policies.

  • Adjust strategies and content creation approaches to comply with guidelines and maximize organic reach.

    Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct regular analysis of competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and trends.

  • Benchmark and adapt strategies based on industry best practices and emerging trends.

    Innovation and Experimentation:

  • Explore and implement new content formats, features, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.

  • Experiment with emerging platforms and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

    These essential functions collectively contribute to the successful management of the organization's social media presence, ensuring a dynamic, engaging, and on-brand online experience for the target audience.

    This is an unpaid internship opportunity that is only open to current students. The internship may be able to satisfy course credit if approved by the student's institution of learning.
