Post Entitlement Analyst (Hybrid) The Post Entitlement Analyst will be responsible for completing tasks and managing a workload to support the application for Social Security Benefits for youth in foster care. This role will require the ability to field questions from case planners, foster parents, guardians and the Social Security Administration (SSA), and work with a team to ensure completeness and accuracy of information provided to SSA in support of the youths application for benefits.

Responsibilities: - Sort, scan and save incoming mail, at client location. Update Database. - Respond to SSA requests for information. - Receive, track, and provide phone-based customer service for incoming calls to the Social Security Benefits Unit (SSBU) Hotline. - Receive, track, and respond to email inquiries received via Social Security Benefits Unit (SSBU) inbox. - Make follow up calls to provide resolution to inquirys received via SSBU hotline and/or inbox. - Communicate with team to identify/obtain information for various stakeholders. - Communicate with Social Security to receive outstanding decision notices. - Submit electronic records to the Social Security Administration. - Complete Income Redeterminations requests from the Social Security Administration (SSA). - Update database information for all cases worked. - Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - Intermediate skills with Word, Excel, and other Outlook Microsoft products. - Professional writing and verbal communication skills. - Ability to provide friendly customer service to all stakeholders. - Ability to work independently in a remote work setting. - Attention to detail. - Ability to work in a team environment that is continuously evolving. - Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of all materials in the work setting - An associate degree or 2 years relevant experience.

Schedule: Full time Mon-Fri/9AM-5PM

Salary:$22-$24/hour
