Job Brief

The CPU Staffing Manager will be responsible for growing and managing the Constructive Partnerships Unlimited temporary staffing initiative. Some specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Pay range:

$85,000-$95,000

POSITION DUTIES:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of CPU Staffing in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the Agency.

  • Recruit new temp staff in partnership with the Human Resources department.

  • Create and enforce controls to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.

  • Support and provide guidance to Staffing Coordinator in the scheduling of CPU Staffing employees.

  • Collaborate with the Training Department to ensure temporary hires meet all requisite training benchmarks before beginning program assignments.

  • Develop a system for managing evaluations of all temporary hires for CPU Staffing.

  • Develop and manage a system for ensuring the accuracy of payroll and invoicing for CPU Staffing employees.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources on all matters related to worker’s compensation incidents for CPU Staffing temps.

  • Implement a process for recordkeeping and compliance documents related to CPU Staffing.

  • Manage the fiscal budget for CPU Staffing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, coupled with a minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated experience procuring staff or working in a Human Resources Department.

  • Must exhibit service excellence and be customer focused,

  • Must be process-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Practical experience using Microsoft Office products and basic data management tools for analysis is essential.

  • Ability to lead, communicate effectively and professionally, across all mediums.

  • Performs all job responsibilities in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
