INF Associates LLC Business Development Manager in Manhattan, New York

As the Business Development Manager for Fleet Electrification, you will be at the forefront of driving our organization's growth in the rapidly evolving landscape of electric mobility. Your role is pivotal in identifying, cultivating, and expanding business opportunities relating to fleet electrification, with a specific focus on providing comprehensive support to fleets through engineering studies and the implementation of electrical infrastructure for EV charging. This dynamic position requires a strategic mindset, technical acumen, and a passion for sustainable solutions.

The key areas of responsibilities include:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

    Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities in the Fleet Electrification sector.

    Develop strategic business plans to effectively penetrate and expand our presence in the Fleet Electrification market.

  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

    Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet owners, operators, and decision-makers within target industries.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their specific Fleet Electrification needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

  3. Engineering Studies and Consultative Sales:

    Work closely with clients to provide engineering studies and feasibility assessments, offering insights and recommendations for optimal Fleet Electrification solutions.

    Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring clients are well-informed about the benefits and implications of electrifying their fleets.

  4. Electrical Infrastructure Solutions:

    Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design and propose electrical infrastructure solutions tailored to client requirements.

    Oversee the implementation of EV charging infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction.

  5. Revenue Generation and Sales Growth:

    Meet and exceed sales targets by actively identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities in Fleet Electrification.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with company objectives.

    Support Account Executives and other functions with knowledge and expertise on Fleet Electrification. Support client meetings, scope generation, and proposal creation.

  6. Market Positioning and Brand Awareness:

    Work with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that enhance the company's

visibility and positioning within the Fleet Electrification space.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to network and promote our Fleet Electrification expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven track record in business development, particularly within Fleet Electrification or related sectors.

In-depth knowledge of fleet operations, electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and associated technologies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Technical background in electrical engineering or related disciplines is advantageous.

Ability to travel as needed to support client meetings, site visits, industry events, conferences, and internal meetings.

Salary: $140K-$160K/year
