FIX IT UP Maintenance Technician at Meadowlark in Manhattan, Kan. Meadowlark is searching for an energetic, hard-working and flexible individual, to join the Environmental Services team at Meadowlark, a local not-for-profit organization focused on enhancing senior lifestyles. Maintenance Technicians at Meadowlark maintain facility equipment in an efficient manner, including preventative and seasonal maintenance on a large campus.

Applicant must have HVAC experience (prefer someone with Mechanical Journeyman License and EPA 608 certification). Must have experience with appliance repair and be available for some weekend on call.

Employees at Meadowlark work closely with residents and create lasting relationships all while maintaining a safe environment for those we serve. The Maintenance Technician should have general maintenance skills and some experience in light plumbing, electrical, and wall patching. A high-quality approach to customer service is required.
