As landscaping and groundskeeping workers on a chicken farm, the role involves maintaining the farm\'s outdoor areas to ensure functionality, cleaning, and safety. The worker will operate specialized equipment like commercial-grade lawn mowers with large decks for expansive grassy areas, trimmers, weed eaters, and brush cutters to control vegetation. Worker will irrigate where necessary as well as trim trees and other vegetation. Additionally, workers will assist in waste disposal and maintaining a clean environment.

The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide (on a voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries and/or other incidentals.

If free and convenient kitchen facilities become unavailable for any reason, the employer will provide three (3) meals a day for which it will charge individual workers, by payroll deduction, no more than the daily permitted amount as provided in 20 CFR 655.173, which was \$15.46 as of February 9, 2023, and which may be increased or decreased during the period of this employment.

Employer will provide daily transportation between housing provided or secured by the employer and the employer\'s place of employment at no cost to the worker. Please see Work Term 9 of 12 and Addendum C for a more detailed Daily Transportation Plan.
