Utilizes survey and statistical software and system programs to deploy, store, pinpoint and access survey data. May perform complex data analyses to provide informed recommendations for executing organizational strategies. • Requires a bachelor\'s degree and one to three years of relevant experience.

\ Preferred Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, statistics, and educational research)
• Proven experience in survey design, administration, and analysis, preferably in an educational research setting.
• Proficiency in survey software and data analysis tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS, R, PowerBI, PowerApps, IRT Rasch).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of research ethics and confidentiality principles.
