Job Description

Assists Business Development in all phases of projects & team organization; Initiation, Planning, Executing and Controlling, and Closing. Provides support to the team & leadership to audit and monitor projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Executes Project Monitoring reports and to do follow up; support Process and Report development.

  • Assists with developing work breakdown structures (WBS), create realistic task relationships, represent accurate project interdependencies, constraints, and lead and lag times.

  • Assists with tracking projects relative to scope, effort, schedule and budget.

  • Assists with maintaining project documentation from providing support to meeting minutes to maintaining project attributes in Clarity.

  • Ensures to manage small projects under supervision.

  • Helps orient new team members to processes and PM tools.

  • Provides support to leadership team by scheduling meetings, taking minutes & assisting in follow up.

  • Coordination of all go live activities including, catering coordination and support

Job Qualification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 1 - 5 years of project coordination experience highly preferred.

  • Experience supporting high level executives highly preferred.

  • Project coordination within healthcare highly preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, qualitative, analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and time management skills, preferred.

  • Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills, preferred.

When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $36,980-$55,690/year
