Randstad is currently hiring for a bi-lingual 2nd shift Coordinator in Carlisle! These positions are long term temporary assignments.

Our 2nd shift coordinator will be responsible for managing our 2nd shift work force. This person will spend their time on the floor, working with talent and client supervisors and handling additional administrative duties as needed.

These positions will start immediately. Bi-lingual is required for this position.

Floor Walks

Shift Attendance (check in at the beginning of the shift)

Making recruiting phone calls, scheduling orientations or scheduling start dates

Working with talent

Working with Client supervisors

Working with multiple databases and software

Additional administrative duties as needed.
