Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role is crucial in the development of AI software products and requires effective coordination between multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical aspects of software development, and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a Project Steering Committee with representatives from all areas of the organization including backend and frontend teams, wellness, legal & data, marketing, and operations.

• Develop the master project schedule for prototype testing, go-to-market readiness, first commercial release, and subsequent release schedules.

• Attend key stakeholder meetings to monitor and track progress and dependencies and manage weekly check-ins with key project leads to update the project schedule and dependencies.

• Produce a weekly status report for the project and manage the timeline, risk, action, issue, and decision log.

• Track requirements and due dates for compliance, data & legal aspects of the product and service launch. Ensure documents, policies, and compliance-related requirements are delivered on time.

• Track requirements and due dates for customer research, testing needs, and go-to-market readiness.

• Coordinate between teams and drive for accountability of tasks and milestones.

• Track deliverables and ensuring delivery.

• Coordinate schedules across multiple timezones.

• Conduct vendor reviews and evaluation - Technical requirements gathering, demo facilitation, technical scorecard documentation. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion

• In-depth knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools

• Experience in working with startups and understanding their unique challenges

• Understanding of Program Governance and the ability to implement it in various projects

• Proficiency in using project management software such as Asana and JIRA

• Experience in working with AI software and understanding its applications in various business processes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
