Robert Half is seeking a Controller/Finance Manager for a local organization. This Controller/Finance Manager role will be supporting operations with analytics and helping growth of the organization. This Controller/Finance Manager role will be joining an excellent organization where you can help make a difference. The desired Controller/Finance Manager candidate should be hand on and be able to do month end close work through analytics. This role will supervise 1 individual.

Requirements

• Hands on Controller with Accounting and Analytics background

• Excellent knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting methods.

• Ability to strategize and solve problems.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Proficiency in 'Month End Close' procedures.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.
