As Accounting Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in managing the production of monthly management accounts, overseeing the fixed asset process. Managing a team of 3, you will inherit a highly competent team with a progressive outlook.

What to expect

• Drive the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Support the accounting team in the delivery of the accounting close and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Manage internal and external audit processes, working with wider audit teams to ensure consistency.

• SOX lead for the entities in scope, ensuring SOX narratives are up to date, and evidence of performance of controls is maintained

• Implement innovative strategies to streamline accounting processes, increase efficiency and reduce errors.

• Lead, mentor and cultivate the professional growth of your team, driving engagement and carrying out regular 1:1’s

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.

What We Expect

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified, with a solid foundation in accounting principles

• Experience in Management Accounting, with oversight of fixed asset processes and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, leading small to mis-sized reams

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated strategic agility.

• Excellent communication skills, proven relationship building.
