• Join the Shared Services Team to oversee a team of Credit Administrators, who keep the Credit Management wheels turning, to enable the credit controllers to focus on collections

• Leading the Credit Risk team to ensure they provide an accurate assessment of financial risk for new and existing clients to our internal customers

• Management and maintenance of the E-Billing portals

• Controlling and resolving business escalations to a high standard of customer service

• Building great, productive relationships across all levels of the business

• Raising the profile of the credit risk policy and Credit Management services

YOUR TEAM

• Join our team of Credit Management subject matter experts:

• 40 people split between Manchester, Leeds and Basingstoke

• Willing to share our experience in credit and data management and learn from yours

• Give you recognition for your valuable contribution

• Grow your career within Credit Management, Shared Services or the wider Finance organisation: we love to help you develop and study if you wish

• Report to our Credit Administration Manager

• Experience in Credit Management or another team that handles a high volume of requests from customers such as HR, Accounts Payable, Billing or Administration.
