As a member of our Doors and Windows Service Coordinator team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing door and window service requests for our Door & Window Departments for all our locations.
• Coordinating with technicians, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
• Working with service technicians to create lists of parts or products needed to make repairs and tracking vendor reimbursement for warranty work.

Qualified applicants must have knowledge of millwork products. Previous sales and customer service experience a must. Candidates must also possess strong organizational, communication and computer skills. Must be able to handle competing priorities and proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented and accurate. Must be able to asses situations and instill confidence in customers that acceptable solutions will be found.
