Join Micron's Embedded DEG PE team as a Product Engineer Intern. Work on diverse projects, preparing and coordinating manufacturing resources, testing, and performance analysis for DRAM products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing teams: Develop and validate process conditions and product testing programs to ensure flawless product execution.

  • Identify product-specific testing requirements: Build specialized testing for newly identified fail modes to maintain exceptionally high standards.

  • Act as the point of contact for your product: Serve as a liaison between various technical teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on data sheets and product specifications: Work closely with Application Engineering to define and enhance product requirements.

  • Ensure product quality and reliability: Partner with Quality Assurance to confirm that products meet our strict standards.

  • Create and update product documentation: Ensure that all documentation for the product is up-to-date and thorough to support exceptional product development.

  • Debug and identify root cause for failures: Analyze failures from customer returns, reliability stress, and testing yield issues to determine corrective actions.

  • Supervise and project product yields: Monitor product yields and develop corrective actions when necessary.

  • Develop data analysis software and methods: Create tools to make technical product data more accessible and useful for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • **Studying Electrical or Computer Engineering.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited program and will not graduate until after fall 2025.

  • Desire to learn: A determined approach to expand knowledge and acquire new skills.

  • Comprehension of coding: Basic understanding of programming concepts.

  • Relocation and on-site work: Must be willing to relocate to Manassas, VA, and work on-site.
