Description

Establishes, cultivates, manages, and maintains the very unique relationship with the Owners in the Mammoth Lodging Collection rental program and the resort. Responsible for owner billing and reservations.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree preferred.

• 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality or resort operations required.

• Previous Owner Relations or Property Management experience preferred.

• Strong written & verbal communications required.

• Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visual One.

• Strong work ethic.

• Ability to effectively communicate to owners, employees, and management.

• Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.

• Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
