We are expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our White Plains and Mamaroneck locations, as well as on our food trucks catering to events across the region.

Position Overview: As a Shift Supervisor at Walters Hot Dogs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during your shifts. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in food quality and cleanliness. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service or hospitality industry (2-4 years). Guest Interaction: Good communication and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Management Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Order Processing: Familiarity with cash handling, inventory management, and food safety regulations. Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Customer Service: Ensure that all customers have a pleasant dining experience by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and food preparation. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring all menu items are prepared according to our specifications. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Problem-Solving: Address any operational issues that arise during your shift, finding quick and effective solutions. Reporting: Provide feedback to management on team performance, customer feedback, and any operational challenges.
