What's the job?

*This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week expected in our Malvern, PA headquarters*

The Warranty Services Representative’s primary function is to provide all customers (internal and external) with guidance & support to CBI warranty requests for commercial low-slope roofing, below grade waterproofing, and air-& vapor barriers, process warranties for all waterproofing lines, process claims, and the intake and distribution of paperwork and special projects as assigned.

Warranty Administration

• Process warranty applications for all warranty requests

• Issue warranties

• Assign inspections (all)

• Manage warranty fee collection

• Process invoices for 3rd party roofing inspectors

• Process settlements for long-term and NDL warranty claims

Warranty Support

• Provide quality customer service by answering emails in a timely manner

• Commercial call center technical support averaging 10-20 calls per day – modified bitumen, BUR and liquid applied roofing (LAR)

• Provide technical product assistance/letters to roofing contractors & Territory Managers (Sales)

• Specification review, recommendations and supporting project documentation

• Assist Customer Experience

• Monitor department email inbox and respond appropriately

What do you bring?

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• Associate's Degree (Preferred)

• 2 Years of customer centric role in high volume and high paced environment (Required)

• Well organized with concern for details, accuracy and capable to following instructions, meet schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities

• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• Demonstrates excellent written, oral, and listening skills – Customer centricity is paramount

• SAP & Salesforce knowledge; ERP & CRM (Preferred)
