A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college with an Associates Degree in secretarial science, secretarial administration, legal secretary, legal office administration, office technology, business administration, or related field; or B) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and two (2) years of legal clerical experience which shall have involved typing; or C) An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above
