Note: The pay rate for this job is $34 - $39 / hour

Responsibilities:

• High end interior finish carpentry

• Ceiling coffer Crown molding Trim

• Baseboards Working with high tolerances and high end materials

• Ladder/scaffold work up to 16'

• Must be comfortable working over head

 Qualifications:

• E-Verify: Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Minimum 5 years of finish residential and commercial carpentry experience

• Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

• Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Must be able to clear a Background Check
