Job Description

Within integration team of Collins Aerospace's Actuation activities (IMO), you will be in charge of driving integration of Aftermarket activities.

Due to the particularity of this project, the mission involves coordinating and leading integration activities, in direct coordination with the Support division key leaders and within the Integration team your main missions will be :

1/ Prepare key strategic decisions:

• Design of future business processes (sales, logistics, customer support)

• Industrial transfer scenarios (Distribution and MRO)

2/ Coordinate with SED aftermarket division to :

• Ensure Sherman project scenario is aligned with SED strategic plan

• Embark SED aftermarket division in the Sherman integration journey

• Make sure current SED functions and processes are compatible with Sherman transfer projects

3/ Understand and model key business processes and workflow for Sherman

• Identify potential gaps with our current practices and define with SED/AM team way forward

• Specifically, focus on customer relationship (spare and MRO deliveries): secure customer order process at closing ; define detailed plan to take over sales administration activity from Collins; this will include organization changes and IT tools set up for sales administration automation

4/ Refine scenarios for MRO transfer sites and Distribution Center (logistics for spares) in order to get full alignment with SED/AM strategy and to build risk analysis and mitigation plan

5/ Plan and drive integration schedules for transfers of all aftermarket activities

6/ Contribute to financial and quality targets of the projects

7/ Prepare contract negotiation to come with Collins, key success factor for Sherman project deployment
