About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Locksmith Sales Representative to join our Sales Team based in Malaga WA. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Locksmiths, this role will have you responsible for a defined territory and group of customers in the Locksmith market.

The key responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:

• Implementation of sales strategies to increase our revenue growth and market presence

• Ensuring sales budgets and profit targets are achieved within allocated accounts

• Account management and calling on Locksmiths to create awareness of the benefits of our product line with the aim of maximising sales

• Introducing locksmiths to new products and initiatives to gain market share

• Developing promotional and merchandising initiatives to support sales targets

• Training customers in product information and utilising selling techniques

• Organising and attending trade and promotional functions for customers

• Providing monthly and weekly reporting

• Attend industry and store-based trade shows

About You

With a background in field sales, you will be a results-oriented individual with the ability to motivate, persuade and influence decision makers to ensure the achievement of sales objectives are met.

You will bring:

• Proven ability to achieve product representation, quality brand position and category dominance

• Previous experience and knowledge within the Locksmithing industry

• Proven ability to achieve sales through effective communication and negotiation skills

• Solution selling skills to gain new business whilst maintaining existing accounts

• Solid computer and commercial acumen skills

• Excellent presentation and relationship management skills

• The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
