This paid program is designed for talented professionals who've had a career break of at least 1 year and are eager to make a comeback. The role What you’ll do: Responsible for designing, planning, implementing and administering database, including user security, access, and documentation Bi-weekly report to Sales Program Manager related to outcome/ performance of data hygiene, improvement, upcoming plan, etc. Collaborate with Insides Sales Account Managers and Lead Gen/Acquistion for improvement and validation of data About you: Ability to manage webinars such as welcoming guests, and speakers, introducing the agenda, the main topic of the webinar, support Q&A session, etc. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the IT industry Excellent writing and editing skills in English Time-management skills, result-oriented, strong listening and communication skills Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented Knowledge of Microsoft, technology in general, and information technology is an advantage Knowledge and understanding of data analytics, statistical analysis, and marketing ROI Preferably Advanced skills & knowledge: Familiarity with Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI, CRM Required Competencies: Teamwork, Initiative, Fostering Communication, Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Research, Analysis and Assessment Knowledge of Microsoft in general, cybersecurity technology, information security What we need to see from you A career break of at least 1 year and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce. Prior experience and specialization in a relevant field. The ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and tools. Proactive motivation and a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
