The Team

The Procurement Platforms team supports CBRE’s organization globally. The team focuses on providing best-in-class processes and technologies to support CBRE’s world class procurement organization.

The mySource team supports CBRE’s global Source-to-Contract platform, powered by Zycus, that enables the required operational processes needed for the Business Segments to be successful. This is a critical role that requires a process-driven, results-focused individual to deliver high-quality service.

Purpose of The Role

This role will report directly to the Source-to-Contract Operations Manager in providing support to the Procurement teams across different stakeholder groups. The mySource Supplier Administrator is responsible for the enablement of suppliers as part of CBRE’s Source-to-Contract platform implementation.

This position requires someone who can work independently, is a self-starter, and is able to respond in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. The ideal individual must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining full attention to details and priorities.

The mySource Supplier Administrator manages the enablement of suppliers for CBRE’s Source-to-Contract platform. They coordinate between the suppliers, CBRE relationship owners, the mySource Team, Zycus, and other CBRE functions to ensure that suppliers are enabled and ready to operate in the Zycus Sourceto-Contract Suite. Excellent time management skills with advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, to work in Excel spreadsheets and experience with an online Procurement suite. Superior customer service experience is needed to interact with suppliers while always maintaining a positive image to all CBRE stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all supplier enablement activities for multi-lines of business, globally.

  • Responsible for validating completed supplier requests and documents - prior to set up.

  • Follow up with suppliers requesting additional information, if needed.

  • Create, maintain, and update supplier information in our Source-to-Contract platform, Zycus.

  • Coordinate supplier enablement with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring objectives are being delivered.

  • Follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on actions related to supplier enablement.

  • Coordinate all communications related to supplier enablement.

  • Organize and facilitate supplier trainings related to supplier registration.

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and supplier training documentation.

  • Manage all business process and system escalations through the proper channel.

  • Create quarterly report/s related to update of supplier relationship status in Zycus.

  • Support the team in our supplier cleanup projects.

  • Provide additional support to the mySource Team as requested.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Communication, IT/Computer

  • Science, or related field from four-year College and/or University.

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar job-related role.

  • Skills / experience in Zycus or similar Source-to-Contract platform is a plus.

  • Supply Chain / Procurement / Data Management experience.

  • Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool is a plus, but not required.

  • Proficiency in various computer applications, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and others.
