Where do you fit in?

The RE Operational Excellence (OE) team is a relatively new part of the organisation which has growing considerably over the last few years to become an increasingly important part of how we run RE, accounting for almost 20% of our headcount, largely based in the SBOs. We provide operational support to our site operations and delivery teams; support the development of our people, capability, and processes; monitor and report on performance across the function, run all data & analytics operations, manage the digital landscape in support of the occupiers and us RE professionals, look after the enterprise security solutions and coordinate risk, compliance, and assurance across all aspects of RE.

Simply put we are supporting our global footprint through the provision of an integrated operating platform and solutions – People, Process, and Technology – to deliver discipline, simplification, and performance for RE.

What’s the role?

LTA (Lease & Transaction Administration) Data Integrity Analyst role expectation:

  • Critical role as information gatekeeper for LTA’s lease admin system Tango and MDM for 1000+ contracts with annual financial payment and collection of $500M USD.

  • Responsible for all creation, input, update, and deletion/termination in MDM, VMS, Tango, and any connected system as required.

  • Abstraction SME able to abstract complex 100+ page lease agreements in various languages from across the globe.

  • Strategic role able to understand significance of contractual clauses, analyze data, and identify opportunities working with stakeholders (up to LC level) in RE portfolio management. Implications of errors could be significant (financial, reputational).

  • Super-user for multiple systems (RIDO/MDM/Tango).

  • Closely collaborate with the Accounting Payment & Billing Specialist in ensuring accurate & timely payments/collection.

  • Responsible for ongoing data validation, cleansing, format, and quality.

  • Focal for strategic portfolio analysis & reporting ensuring accurate data (key dates, condition amounts, clauses, options).

  • Work closely with LTA peers, Shell internal and external stakeholders as required to maintain data integrity.

  • Develop and grow internal and external relationships to grow LTA’s influence.

  • Ensure all internal and external compliance requirements related to data integrity and record retention are met.

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, especially as they relates to data integrity and standard operating procedures.

  • Train/assist new data integrity analysts as needed.

  • Key contributor to implementation of new systems (eg. Tango and others as required).

What we need from you?

  • 6+ years’ experience in real estate and lease admin with some accounting preferred.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Extensive experience in abstraction of complex lease agreements.

  • Experience using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Tango or similar lease admin software, RIDO, MDM, Serp/Blueprint/GSAP ERPs

  • Skilled working with internal/external stakeholders and peers.

  • Proactive at identifying and driving opportunities and issues through to resolution.

  • Experience identifying and helping deliver CI initiatives and process improvements.

  • Analytical and extremely detail oriented.

Flexible working

Note, this role will be on SBO terms and conditions with a hybrid work schedule of minimum 2 days per week in the Manila Solaris Office and may require midday or evening shift work, subject to change.
