Eaton Corporation's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is seeking a 3D Product Design Engineer. This is a

position that offers a hybrid work arrangement with once-a-week reporting to Eaton Quezon City office. The position will be responsible for supporting

the implementation and management of the division's Ruff-ln product line's software systems. The incumbent will lead projects

and oversee the project quotation and quality control processes throughout the life cycle of the projects This role will provide the

opportunity to work cross-functionally with other business areas including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations"

1. Provide engineering design for the layout of residential unit wiring devices, utilizing established Ruff-in Revit template. Create installation and production documents.

2. Prepare, maintain, meet, and manage overall project schedules

3. Work with internal and external organizations to develop specific product designs per project plan.

4. Develop conceptual and end product BIM content and capability with input from customers and end users

5. Produce 3D drawings for the Ruff-in platform of products

6. Act as a technical interface for prospective customers concerning their needs; interprets and develops Eaton-based solutions to meet those needs

7. Present product capabilities and performance to prospective and existing customers

8. Create and maintain project tracking tools, help set metrics and goals, ensure timely completion

9. Foster a learning culture, establish an environment for open sharing and improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Technical Degree from an accredited institution (Engineering, Architecture)

Minimum 4 years of REVIT experience

Skills:

Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D (required), Solidworks and/or Inventor (preffered)

Ability to work independently under general supervision, strong written and verbal communication skills, Strong knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Excel
