Role Overview:

As a Data Strategy Lead in the Data Analytics & AI practice, you will be at the forefront of guiding our clients through the complexities of data strategy and gov e r n a n c e . This role demands a balance of leadership, technical proficiency , and strategic thinking, aiming to enhance our clients' capabilities in managing and leveraging their data assets effectively.

This role is remote, located in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee data strategy and gov e r n a n c e projects, ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives and industry best practices.

• Direct and mentor a dedicated team of analysts, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.

• Work closely with solution architects to design and implement robust data gov e r n a n c e f r ameworks that address our clients' unique business needs.

• Provide expert solutions to intricate business problems, requiring a deep understanding of organizational objectives and data intricacies.

• Engage with key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to gather requirements, communicate findings, and drive the adoption of data gov e r n a n c e strategies.

  Qualifications:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

• 10+ years of experience in data platform architecture, data engineering, cloud technologies, master data management and modern data practices

• 10+ years of experience in professional services

• Demonstrated expertise in multiple architecture domains and various technologies

• Experience driving new technology solutions that result in more business opportunities

• Proficiency in problem recognition and solving skills, possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the initiative to learn more advanced technology and design concepts

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple tasks through completion

• Ability to travel 25%+ or as needed, dependent upon engagement(s)

  For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, or New York, Ankura is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the said markets and considers a broad range of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled . The range does not include additional benefits outside of salary. At Ankura, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range is between $110,000 to $240,000; this range is not a promise of a particular wage.
