Description and Requirements
The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with banking, financial services and insurance clients, and driving revenue growth through the ONE Lenovo portfolio. This involves collaborating with Lenovo extended team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
•Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently achieve and exceed allocated sales targets for ONE Lenovo portfolio that includes Intelligent Device Group, Infrastructure Solutions Group and Solutions and Services Group.
•Client Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
•Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
•Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
•Business Development:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI Vertical.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.
•Stay updated on market trends and solutions.
•Product Knowledge:
•Possess in-depth knowledge of ONE Lenovo solutions.
•Stay updated on new product offerings and regulatory changes.
•Cross-selling and Up-selling:
•Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other solutions and services to existing clients.
•Promote and drive the adoption of new solutions and services.
•Reporting:
•Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
•Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Relationship Building:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as GEO leaders, Region leaders, Country leaders, product team, CFO, extended team, etc.
•Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
