What this role will do
The Lead Talent Acquisition Technology and Process Analyst is responsible for the design continuous improvement of all Global TA Processes and Technology. The Lead Analyst’s role is a constant pursuit for innovation, advancement and improvement. They will be challenged to partner with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to most effectively and efficiently find, attract, and hire the best talent. The Lead Analyst will report to the TA Innovation Senior Manager.
You will have the opportunity to:
•Constantly pursue innovation and improvement of the TA function through process and technology.•Lead process improvement efforts utilizing the plan, do, check, act continuous improvement cycle•Assess and identify opportunities in the talent acquisition processes and tools to simplify the talent acquisition, hiring manager, and candidate experiences that lead to more efficient and effective recruiting, screening, and selection process while ensuring data integrity, reporting, and compliance with legal and client requirements•Drive the identification, testing and execution of new technology solutions. •Partner with HR Operation’s systems team to maintain and improve TA technology including reviewing, testing and approving release of features and functionalities for current and new recruiting software implementation such as version updates to the Workday Recruiting module•Partner with operations team to implement process, system or program changes incorporating training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption within the geographic regions•Drive compliance with local government regulations and data integrity of ATS system through accountability, process design, training and technology
What You Need
•Process mapping experience, preferably with Nimbus or Vizio
•Experience with an ATS, preferably Workday
•Project management experience
•Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience
•Bachelor’s Degree required.
•5+ years TA technology or process improvement other relevant experience
•Must have demonstrated experience of driving large scale continuous improvement in process or systems.
•Must have demonstrated experience in leveraging TA technology to make efficient processes and solutions.
•Must be able to work with global teams and manage flexible work schedule as needed to drive projects in different time zones
•Must be able to travel 25% of time.
