Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Jumeau River Development Company Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

POSITION SUMMARY:

A dynamic and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our team at Laïla Resort & Spa, a Tribute Portfolio Resort by Marriott International. As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic revenue initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase occupancy, and maximize revenue for the resort. Your expertise in marketing, branding, and digital strategies will play a pivotal role in promoting the resort's unique offerings and enhancing the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies to enhance the resort's brand positioning, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with the resort's leadership team to define revenue and occupancy objectives, target markets, and key messages.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for differentiation.

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, print media, and partnerships.

Manage the resort's online presence and reputation, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), online listings, and guest reviews.

Develop and implement digital revenue driven strategies, including social media campaigns, online advertising, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement sales support materials and initiatives, including sales presentations, trade shows, and client engagement activities.

Drive customer engagement and loyalty through the development and implementation of guest loyalty programs and targeted marketing campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Marriott International's brand guidelines in all marketing communications.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments within the resort to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

OR

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 year experience in the revenue management.

Relocation Package – Salary depend on experience
