Job Description- Sr. Analyst - Data & Analytics

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Analyst to join our team of analytics experts in the MedTech Commercial Excellence Data & Analytics group. This position is responsible to develop visualization and analytical solutions from multiple data sources including sales, market share and commercial systems. This role is also responsible for operations and driving efficiencies. Candidate should be a strong team player and have a consultative approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Global Commercial teams and technology teams to build and maintain analytical solutions for use in dashboards

• Design and construct effective and reliable analytical solutions with end-to-end project responsibility by closely collaborating with business teams

• Build Tableau-based visualization dashboards for analysis of WW metrics

• Own consistent data refreshes to ensure accurate up-to-date information is available

• As needed, collaborate with markets including working with local commercial operations and regions on account-level analytics, customer segmentation and deep dive analytics

• Lead Training sessions for cross-functional teams to encourage adoption of new analytical tools

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related STEM discipline is required

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in data visualization, database management and analytics

• Demonstrated expertise and development experience in Tableau dashboards is required

• Experience in advanced SQL; Python programming is a plus

• Experience working with cloud technologies i.e. AWS, Azure or similar

• Proven ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations

• Proven knowledge/use of the latest analytical models and tools

• Global experience a plus

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results

• Effective communication & presentation skills
