Description

• Develop strategies at the point of purchase for brands to become their preferred partner - Channel strategy for Modern Trade and General Trade- Build Strong Customer relationship

• Develop channel promotion strategies.

• Design and execute all activations/campaigns for GT & MT

• Maintain and track Budget utilization

• Develop a road map for Instore executions

• Launch plan for Execution of New Products

• Deliver sales number pan India

• Implement and track Market Hygiene

• Tracking BPA and its effectiveness

• New channel opportunity identification such as E-Commerce, hospital channel, and strategy development for the same

• Work closely with Marketing on visibility, activation, and promotion

• Develop Distributor strategy to help achieve Trade Sales e.g. Distributor engagement programs, distributor salesmen programs, etc.

• Qualifications

Leverage data to publish insights on a regular basis for RX/DX

• Collaborate with the frontline Sales team on execution.
