You and your team will be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, from the visual interfaces for customers and selling partners, to core back-end services. You will be working with new technologies that improve usability, increase performance, and ensure uninterrupted growth in emerging marketplaces through scalability. You will help redefine normal for the business e-commerce market.
You will help deliver operationally stable solutions that provide a great customer experience across marketplaces. Candidates need to have strong ownership, a passion to provide great customer experience, and a focus on delivering results.

Key job responsibilities
Building, developing and leading a high performing engineering team
Working with product managers, UX designers, peers and senior leadership to provide the vest value to our customers
Defining and executing the team's strategy and roadmap
Managing the operations of systems, including continuous improvement to performance and security
Basic Qualifications
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
Experience in leading the definition and development of multi tier web services
Experience managing engineers
Experience partnering with product and program management teams
Experience in engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
