Contrato en Prácticas: Oncology Business Unit Support
Our need
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our pharmaceutical team as a back-office (comms & PVA, Operations) support
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork, coordinating projects such as cycle meetings, quarterly reviews, ad hoc team meetings, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
This role requires a deep understanding of the unique requirements and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry and complexities of Takeda.
Desired Prolife (Education & Skills):
University Degree
Fluent written and spoken English
Any degree/course related with pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
Demonstrable thirst for knowledge with an ability to assimilate information quickly.
IT skills in particularly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Paperwork Management:
Handle all administrative paperwork including but not limited to documentation related to project management and internal processes.
Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally for easy retrieval of documents as needed.
Project Management:
Coordinate and manage various projects such as cycle meetings, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc team meetings.
Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between different departments within the organization.
Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Data Management:
Collect, organize, and maintain data related to projects.
Prepare reports and presentations using collected data as needed.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential issues or roadblocks in project execution and proactively address them.
Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges.
