En un día típico, tus funciones serán:

• Gestión diaria de Incidencias de usuarios vinculadas con ERP. Revisión diaria, gestión con diferentes usuarios, preparación de reportes así como la interlocución con el equipo de Hypercare.

• Creación de los documentos para nuevos desarrollos (ERF) y gestión de la aplicación Zudy.

• Gestión de los permisos de nuevos usuarios o cambios en el ERP.

• Proyecto traspaso SharePoint de Financiera al nuevo entorno. Configuración del entorno y gestión de la información con los diferentes departamentos.

• Desarrollo de flujos de los procesos de financiera en SharePoint usando herramientas Office365

Para tener éxito en la posición, necesitamos:

FORMACIÓN:

• Técnico Superior en Informática

• Técnico en Sistemas Microinformáticos y Redes

• Técnico Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red

• Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma

• Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones web

IDIOMAS:

• Inglés C1: fluidez oral y escrita. Se realizará prueba.

EXPERIENCIA: Al menos de 2 años de experiencia como soporte informático.

OTROS:

• Imprescindible Nivel avanzado de Office365

• Se valorará conocimiento de JDE (Actual ERP Financiero).

• Capacidad de trabajar con plazos.

• Capacidad de aprendizaje.
