In this role you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to growing our DCP business by implementing complex IT solutions for our healthcare customers.

This job is 25% remote position and 75% travel to customers’ site. You must be willing to travel and support other countries as a part of a wider European team.

Your role:

  • Implementing the Digital Pathology IT solutions for new customer projects.

  • Sales support.

  • Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.

  • Working on supporting troubleshooting Digital Pathology in our customer in Europe.

  • Follow up on current customers.

  • Training customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered.

  • Consulting the customers on DCP topics and questions.

  • (re-)Training hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment.

  • Building productive internal/external working relationships.

  • Resolving incidents and finding clever workarounds for possible applications issues.

  • Developing and maintaining implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, and configuration settings.

  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction.

  • Working as an active part of a project team to provide the customer with a predictable and professional delivery experience.

  • Conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific application clinical areas.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience or Laboratory Specialist Technician.

  • Experience in similar role.

  • Fluent Spanish, good English and conversational Italian skills all written and oral.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Pathology products in the clinical environment

  • Experience working in production environments against SLAs.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem analyzing skills.

  • Excellent ability to understand the customers’ requirements and work with Project team to find the best solution.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work outside normal office hours when needed (rare cases).

  • Proven documentation skills and ability to produce precise reports as necessary.

  • Passionate and self-driven to drive things forward and develop yourself.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
