The role includes the following:
Customer Operations:
Processing of customer operations (guarantees, loans, foreign exchange, remittances, etc.)
Assist in resolving customer queries and issues by liaising with Front Office departments and customers
Contribute to the maintenance and update of customer records and databases
Filling and archiving customer operations documentation
Finance:
Reconciling banks statements, suspense’s account reporting and other internal controls
Assist with preparation of financial reports to local management
Administration:
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to office maintenance, processing of invoices, managing mailing, maintenance of archives, etc.
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least one year of experience performing similar tasks, preferably in the back office/middle office teams in financial institutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish, with the capability to interact professionally across all organizational levels
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
