The Role

As an Account IT Security manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our organization's accounts, systems, and data. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to implement and maintain effective security measures, mitigate risks, respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related security matters within the organization.

  • Support/conduct regular assessments and audits of Account security controls status to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.

  • Developing and implementing robust account management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, in line with the framework developed in the company.

  • Monitoring account and infrastructure activity and status of security controls implemented, to identify gaps and taking appropriate action to mitigate potential security threats.

  • Providing guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for maintaining a good security posture and to fulfill Corporation Cybersecurity policy

  • Collaborating closely with client stakeholders to understand their security needs and priorities, and providing proactive support and guidance to enhance their security posture.

  • Participating in security incident response activities, including investigating security breaches, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cybersecurity to provide informed recommendations and support to clients.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality security services.

Required Skills and Experience

•2+ years of experience in more than one of the following GRC frameworks; enterprise risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance management, policy management, third party risk management •Working knowledge of common audit and compliance tools •Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into control objectives, designing security controls, and implementation within a security management cycle •Excellent understanding of security standards and best practices e.g., ISO27001, NIST •Experience in advising clients on one or more regulatory requirements (e.g.,HIPAA, PCI DSS, FBA, GDPR, DORA) •Experience performing GRC maturity assessments •Experience with coordinating SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audits

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Valid and current certification in: CRISC – Certified in Risk and Information System Controls ; CGEIT – Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT ; CERA – Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst; CISM – Certified Information Security Manager; CISA – Certified Information Security Auditor; CISSP •Statistical analysis and models •Basic skills in network, compute, cloud computing •Understanding and daily use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and other productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to accomplish audit and compliance related tasks •Experience with project management and ability to manage security initiatives or projects
