BETTER TOGETHER The Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem provides patient education, telephone triage, and RN assistance. This incumbent also assesses patient needs, fulfills team patient care needs, acts as a resource to team patient care staff, and participates in departmental support functions. The incumbent is regularly exposed to blood borne pathogens, diseases, and cleaning/sterilization solutions. Theincumbent works under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager. Practitioner staff may delegate activities to a Registered Nurse that are within the RN scope of practice.
