JOB REQUIREMENTS: MSA has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Madison, WI office location. The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with hiring managers across the firm to support growth, as well as being responsible for tracking and analyzing recruitment data and conducting full life-cycle recruitment activities. This position will involve sourcing passive talent in the AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry, screening candidates, guiding the interview process, partnering with leaders on hiring decisions, and making candidate offers for jobs within our multi-discipline consulting firm. Flexible working arrangements/hybrid schedules are possible. The work you may do Identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies for all types of jobs, from intern positions to the leadership level Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Complete candidate phone interview and participate in interviews with hiring managers, with some travel for interviews possible Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Source candidates utilizing social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, and career events Gather, analyze, and tell the story of recruitment metrics for understanding and decision-making Use iCIMS to manage full cycle recruiting Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices Assist with the company\'s Affirmative Action Plans Assist with the company\'s employee referral program Assist with the fall and spring career fair events MSA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. If you are unable to submit your application because of incompatible assistive technology or a disability, please contact us at hr@msa-ps.com ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related field 3+ years of full life-cycle in-house or staffing agency recruiting experience in a medium to large organization required Track record for successfully sourcing passive, professional candidates Demonstrated understanding of recruiting technology and trends, with ability to research new ideas and present recommendations to leadership Ability to create recruiting analytics to present to leaders and to utilize to impact the recruiting strategy Previous AEC experience/knowledge preferred Experience with AAP preferred Demonstrated sense of urgency and service orientation Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
