Volt is immediately hiring for an IT Epic Support Tech (Remote) As a Support Tech you will provide technical assistance and customer service to support to providers, end users, and patients that are related to electronic medical record (EMR) applications. This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Associate degree or equivalent work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience One year of related work experience in customer service and/or in information technology systems support Prior work experience in healthcare environment and/or EMR--preferred Experience working with a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool--preferred Pay Rate: \$20.00/hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
