Description Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is committed to helping children in foster care and the parents who give them a home. Each foster care placement benefits from a shared goal to reunify the child with his/her family; if that goal can\'t be reached, it may change to placing a child in a permanent family home. This is a Full Time and salaried opportunity. It is primarily, Monday through Friday, 1st shift. The Social Worker - Foster Care delivers trauma-informed professional level social work care coordination services to children placed in foster care; assesses, treats and evaluates clients; trains, certifies and supports foster parents; and performs other duties as required.
