JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Quality (Operations) Analyst Job Locations US-WI-Madison ID 2025-2227 Category Audit - (Internal), Enterprise Risk Management, & Quality Audit Type Regular Full-Time Overview Quartz is seeking a highly motivated, problem solver to join our Provider QA and Claims QA team as a Senior Quality (Operations) Analyst. This position will be primarily responsible for auditing Quartz\'s provider network maintenance updates against business operating rules, as well as Quartz\'s claims operations. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing complex audit plans that ensure that business requirements have been met, and thoroughly understanding business unit activities, goals and critical success factors that influence systems applications, financial statements, and regulatory compliance. This role will also design complex audit procedures of applications and resolving system problems, utilizing business knowledge and instructions. The Sr. Quality (Operations) Analyst will utilize the following skills on a regular basis: Advanced logic and problem skills to design complex audit procedures within provider network Advanced MS Excel and query experience using SQL and Business Objects Time management skills Benefits: Collaborative work environment with leader that promotes team collaboration and learning Starting salary based upon skills and experience: \$65,300 - \$81,700 plus robust benefits package Responsibilities Perform audit so that errors or process issues not identified by the departments audited, are identified during quality audits. Ensure all findings impacting external customers are identified and corrected to improve customer experience. Document findings accurately to support all audit observations to withstand critical scrutiny. Complete root cause analysis by reviewing findings and formulate recommendations to mitigate future risk of trends. Establish complex audit plans to effectively identify and mitigate compliance, operational and reputational risk. Lead meetings to discuss audit findings, trends, and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting, Health Care Administration, Medical Informatics, or Information Technology or an equivalent field of study with 4+ years of analyst* experience or relevant experience OR Associate degree with 7+ years of analyst* experience or relevant experience OR High school equivalency with 10+ years of analyst* experience or relevant experience Analyst experience can be defined as audit, configuration, and/or business operations analyst experience Healthcare insurance experience is preferred Advanced ability to use personal computer and understand complex programs (MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Query Ability).
