JOB REQUIREMENTS: Retail Services Ambassador - 32765 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday though Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Retail Services Ambassador to: * Create a positive retail experience in our gift shop for patients, families, staff, visitors, and all others through in-person, online, and phone interactions while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized store. * Operate a computerized POS system, managing inventory control, returns, profitability, and cost of goods. * Conduct transactions and additional operational duties effectively.
